--Information Updates: 6/14/2012-- With the ongoing story of the Bleach manga since it is in its final story arc, my character in turn is also
on going with the slow revealing of new powers as she progresses through the Bleach timeline. As of now, despite the information already shown
below, Kein is still technically a work in progress in explaining her unique abilities. A quarter of the way down I have added the information section
Zanpakutou's Special Ability and over time will continue to add more as I write the next chapters in my Bleach fanfiction main series.

Kein Marasuna my main female Bleach OC.

Bleach Fanfiction [link] This introduces her, weaving her into the
original existing Bleach story, but without majorly changing anything of the original and introduces how she meets Ichigo and ends up on his side.

Name

-In English Kein is pronounced as "Kain" or "cane" as in "candy cane".

-In Japanese pronunciation it'd be "ke" as in "kettle" and "in" as in "een like in keen". When pronounced quickly it sounds like "Kain." I picked the name
"Kain" because I have a love and fascination with the game series Legacy of Kain Series, Kain being my favorite character.

-As for "Marasuna" it just kind of popped into my head when brainstorming cool sounding Japanese pronunciations mixed together XD.

Title: Former Advisor of Squad 13 | Currently Vizard
Height: 5 ft. 6 in.
Sex: Female
Age: 18 (human form) 118 (soul reaper form)
Birthday: November 3rd
Sign: Scorpio

Shinigami Powers:

After her encounter with the Espada, Ernesto Gutierrez of Hueco Mundo that merges bodies with her (explained below in Origin Section), her Shinigami
powers of Kido are rendered useless.

Hollow Hole:

Like real hollows, Kein has a hollow hole that isn’t completely fed through her body since she is not completely a hollow. It is more of a dark indentation and
the area of it is hyper sensitive to touch then the rest of her body. Causing pain in this area can be crippling to her. She learns this the hard way when she
fights her inner hollow for the first time as he knows this is her biggest weakness and exploits it by attacking her there. She is not afraid of pain, but the
crippling pain from her hollow indentation leaves her paranoid of the area getting touched. The symbol that sits above the hollow hole is the Japanese symbol
for “death”.

Sword Forms:

:bulletblue:Regular Sword Form: Its form is simple, light weight, and a hilt that is completely black while the blade is silver.

:bulletblue:Shikai Sword Form: Her sword turns into a staffed sickle with the blade half black and half white, the staff itself made of a nearly unbreakable metal alloy.

:bulletblue:Bankai Sword Form: It turns into a giant Scythe.

Main Attack:

["Goukyuu Jigen"] 'goukyuu' meaning (wailing or crying aloud) and 'jigen' meaning (dimension). So in short she's screaming "Wailing Dimension". This is a
devastating attack that first shoots out as a clear see through frightening silhouette of a grim reaper, but then transforms into a slicing reiatsu in a purple color
(for Ernesto) and yellow color (for Kein). Upon impact, its very similar to being hit with a Cero giving a burning sensation, but this attack also slices into the soul
itself, decreasing the opponent's overall fatigue, strength, healing speed, and the five senses are dulled a fraction lower than what they normally would be.

-With a flick of her fingers in a clawing like motion, Kein can manipulate this attack into 5 separate sub-attacks that are each equally as deadly as the other,
loosing no power from the split.

Zanpakutou's Special Ability

Death can touch anything and anyone at any time and any place. You can not stop death and in this same regard it is useless to fire off special attacks to stop
and or destroy her weapon if it is thrown physically as a boomerang or used as a shield to cut through. Bankaguna has the unique ability to cut through any dimension
or spiritual essence. Although it is not 100% affective to stop attacks or protect her entirely from the affects of her opponent's abilities, Bankaguna naturally
rips through the essence of anything spiritual.

Ex: In the story "A Heart for the Hole", using her Bankai form, she spins her scythe in a violent circular motion with the power of her reiatsu and throws it
like a boomerang at Grimmjow. He fires a Cero to not only stop the weapon, but to impact upon Kein. However, her weapon is untouched as it blazes through the
attack like a knife cutting into butter, untouched and unharmed and still violently spinning as Grimmjow is hit directly.

In a similar fashion, had Kein decided to keep her weapon in hand, she could have just as easily held up her scythe and cut the attack in half, sending it out to the
sides into the ground instead of into her.

Shikai Form:

Release Command: Awaken from Death, Bankaguna!

Attack Command: “Rei de Seikatsu” (reap the living) “rei” meaning (to reap, harvest) and “seikatsu” meaning (living, an existence, a life). A part of
her soul exists her body in the form of a translucent ghost like clone as she sends it into her opponent’s body and allows her to absorb portions of her opponent’s
soul for 5 seconds, giving her an overpowered 6th sense hear their thoughts and see their weaknesses for that remainder of time. This is what makes her so deadly.
However, when her inner Espada takes over her body, he can use a more advanced form of this technique to enter into the opponent’s body and destroy their reiatsu
from the inside and completely render them powerless with no energy to use.

Bankai Form: [link]

Attack Command: “Rei de Karitoru” (reap the souls) with “karitoru” meaning (soul, spirit, ghost, departed soul). She can summon a part of her own
soul as a translucent ghost like form and enter it into her opponent’s body and repair their wounds with the manipulation of her own reiatsu, but she however cannot
heal herself. In using this healing technique, it takes ¾ of her energy and leaves her merely rendered useless in fighting so she only does this if she does not want her
opponent to die. Although she can not possess and merge with the bodies of her opponents, she is able to summon spirits of recently deceased humans, but have not
turned into hollows yet, but because these spirits did not pass to soul society they are corrupt spirits.

These spirits she uses to eat away at the energy particles of her enemy and any damage she takes is transferred and absorbed by the spirit giving her freedom from pain,
but with each spirit she summons in turn takes a portion of her own soul away, ultimately draining her easily, but once the spirit is killed off she gets that portion of her
soul back, but does not get the energy back. The more summoned spirits she gathers, the bigger risk she has of turning into a mindless hollow so she is limited with the
amount she can summon without fear of taking a great risk.

She uses her summoning technique as a last option if she cannot beat her enemy with her incredible power and speed. The spirits can do more than just eat the
opponent’s energy particles; they can be used to envelope the enemy and bind them so that she may attack her opponent with her Scythe. Her Scythe blade itself has a
special technique that lets her slash her opponents and any open wounds leaves open rifts to her opponent’s soul that allows her summoned hallow spirits to gain entry
and eat the opponent from the inside and ultimately destroy them. That is her final technique. It is because of this technique that she is cautious on who she uses it on.
She does not believe in killing fellow opponents, but if forced to do so, she will use it.

Vizard Form: [link]

In this form her limitations of her Bankai form are irrelevant. In this form she has no need to summon hollow spirits as with the slash of her Scythe into her opponent’s flesh,
she is able to open rifts in her opponent’s soul and allow herself entry in order to gain control of them as she can slowly destroy them from the inside, however this process
takes time and can only be done once at risk of also killing herself if she is on the inside of her opponent. However her speed and strength are almost unmatched and she
uses her ability as a trump card. She has ability to bring someone back to life using her own soul to repair her victim’s. This is a similar repairing technique of Orihime’s power
to reverse the event on an object, but for Kein this can only be done on flesh or spirit. This does not take her life, however it gravely takes ¾ of her energy and could easily kill her.

Vasto Lorde: [link]

Any limitations she had with her first Hollow form are nonexistent with this form. She has the ability to enter into the body of a deceased opponent or ally and repair their
severed soul from the inside, thus bringing them back to life. Her spiritual energy is enormous and her spiritual aura is so daunting it creates a great sense of fear and doubt
in anyone in the vicinity of her aura, like death itself is upon them.

This form has appeared in the follow fanfics:

"A Heart for the Hole" [link]
"Fragments of the Past" [link]

Origin:

Having died in her teenage years, she grew up in Soul Society with great potential to become a Shinigami having a powerful reiatsu. With her passion to learn to fight and protect
those close to her, as well as a passion to never be a victim, she quickly learns the three forms of Kido. She grew up half way before Rukia, Renji, or most any of the Shinigamis
and was given multiple chances to become a captain, seeing as how she was a formidable foe amongst most of the captains, but she was content with just being a loner and
helping her fellow death god’s with any important missions. When her powers matured to her gaining a Zanpakuto and releasing her form of Shikai is when she discovers her
peculiar powers ergo she is sent on special missions because she can handle them.

With her powers of insight she is sent on a mission to Hueco Mundo during an incident when rifts in the dimensions between Soul Society and Hueco Mundo began to open at random.
In her ventures she meets a powerful Espada whom has been creating these rifts and letting Arrancar run amuck in Soul Society. Using her powers to absorb portions of the Espada’s
soul, it in turn began to corrupt her own as she learned that the Espada’s power was the ability of Soul Possession and in doing so the Espada sees her abilities as great use and
merges his soul and body with her own. She has a great inner struggle, but with the help of the spirit of her Zanpakuto she is able to truly absorb the Espada all together as her own,
but this sparks a deadly eruption inside her as a hollow form and powers awaken that she never had before and her Zanpakuto spirit is absorbed by the Espada’s spirit. This in turn
renders her Shinigami powers useless in confliction with the Espada inside her. After her mission in Hueco Mundo and stopping the dimensional rifts from opening, she comes back to
find that Shiba Kaien was attacked by a deadly Hollow that had ventured to Seireitei while the rifts were open, and possessed him and died from Rukia stabbing him with her sword.
This was of a great loss to Kein and sparked her process to Hollowfication much later.

With the power to control Hollow spirits, not only does it put her at risk of becoming a hollow herself, but puts Soul Society at risk if she were ever to lose control. On one particular
mission of dealing with a very powerful hollow, she tries to use her new powers to control it but loses control and ends up killing half a village when her powers go wrong. Because
her powers dabble with the possession and powers of hollows she is banned from soul society and is required to destroy her Zanpakuto, but she refuses and runs from soul society
after the events of Ichigo coming to save Rukia, and she stays with Urahara to train and learn to control her hollow side and in turn helps him with the shop. Before the events of Aizen
sending his Espada to investigate, she is met by The Vizard and she joins them in ultimately controlling her true hollow powers before they consume her.

Personality:

Kein is very tomboyish in both the way she dresses and activities she does. She would rather have a good sparring match then to think about shopping or putting on makeup. Course
since she is dead, the only thing she can really focus on is her social interactions and her training. Kein is both a protector and a warrior. She will defend for what's right even if it kills
her, but she also has a natural affinity to fighting. She doesn't need a reason to fight even though she believes that every fight has a reason behind it. She gets a peaceful thrill out of
beating on her enemy, but she's not particular fond of the idea of killing her enemy unless she absolutely has to or if she feels that keeping the enemy alive would be detrimental to others.

Although she is not shy, she is quiet and withdrawn and is not particularly fond of being pushed on so she will easily and loosely state how she feels or if something is bothering her.
If provoked then her louder more raging side pops out since she has a natural affinity to being like a warrior and enjoying a good fight. She can be aggressive both in a playful manner,
but also in a provoked loud mouth manner. Surprisingly though she is not always talkative during combat with an opponent unless her opponent just happens to catch her interest.
Neither does she ever reveal her abilities during battle. It does not matter how weak her opponent is. She distastes being arrogant because even the weakest of enemies can gain the
upper hand if they're smart enough to so unlike most fighters, she keeps her abilities to herself.

The only time she acts arrogant is if she purposely wants to piss off her enemy, which she gets amusement from, time to time.

She is fiercely loyal to her friends or anyone she becomes very close to: Kaien, Rukia, Ukitake, Ichigo, Orihime, Uryuu, Urahara and a few others.

Kein is very passionate and loving not to mention affectionate. Although she views Ichigo like an older brother, she loves feeling his warmth hence her reason for embracing him more
often than not. She does her best to try to be wary of others comfort zones as she can't stand the thought of having bothered someone or annoying them. Piss her off however and
you'll get a completely different animal.
