Alrighty folks, this sexy beast is done. Took me a while to figure out how I was going to execute his quote as a typographic element, but I decided to stick with the K.I.S.S. policy: Keep It Simple Stupid The full quote he states goes as follows:

And yes once again, I took a picture of Aizen and replaced him with Wesker instead. Going for that same type of coloring style that the new Marvel vs Capcom 3 game is shooting for like I did with this picture [link]

And once again I'm showing his eyes. As much as I love his glasses, we never get to see his eyes enough cuz they're just so freaking badass. That and I didn't feel like drawing his glasses xD
