My very first oil painting, and also very old. The only two paintings I have ever done are in oil if your wondering, on a monet canvas set. This based off of a picture someone took of a rose reflecting off of some shiny surface.

wow... in oils!! I have never dared to try that yet... very impressive! Love the waterdrops in the painting

paintings are hard to work with especially if you want to get a specific color, you have work with mixing paints to get that color. thats what i love about digital painting. it already has a rainbow color palette and all you have to do is click and drag around until you see the color thats satisfactory. course that can be a bit challenging too especially with skin colors.

lol but yeah anyway ty very much ^_^

Woah, at first I thought it was a blurry photo, then you said it was an oil painting, and I'm impressed!

Very nice work there ;) I like how you can paint the sepals till they look like they reflect light!

I love how you manage the colors on this one. To me when I look at this, it looks like a photograph, but maybe it would be better if you make it look more realistic...
