Ah it is finally complete. Didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would take. This is Dante from Devil May Cry 4. This picture is based off a screenshot from one of my favorite scenes from his side story. Its the tango scene when he's dancing around in the air with his new weapon and kills the demon gate with it by turning it into a heart shape. Classic Dante for yah. lol
